Your account, your call
Deleting your account removes your sign-in and your data. This page explains how to do it and exactly what happens when you do.
Open Entend on your phone, then go to Settings and choose Delete account. You will be asked to confirm your identity (a quick re-sign-in), and then the deletion runs immediately. This works the same on iPhone and Android.
Your sign-in credentials, your profile and living read, your coach conversations, briefs, assessments, documents, and feedback. Deletion covers both your authentication account and the data stored on our servers. It is not a deactivation; the account cannot be restored afterward.
Self-tape video and audio never leave your device. Only sampled frames, which are analyzed and then discarded rather than stored, and a text transcript are sent to our servers. The transcript is stored with your account and is deleted when you delete your account.
If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or through Stripe if you subscribed on the web.
Email info@entend.ai from the address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We verify it is really you, then run the same full deletion, and confirm by reply.
