Entend for trial delivery

You have the story. Entend rehearses you for this jury.

An opening lands differently on every panel. Entend takes your working read of the jury and rehearses your delivery against it: where to slow down, where to hold the room, how to reach the jurors who guard.

Reads how a jury communicates. Never a prediction of any verdict.

A great opening for the wrong jury is still the wrong opening.

You rehearsed the words. You did not rehearse them for the twelve people actually sitting there: the analytical foreperson, the juror who decides on feel. Delivery that ignores the panel is delivery aimed at no one.

How it works

Three steps, five minutes.

1

Bring your read of the panel

Start from the working read you built in voir dire, or a quick read of the jury you have.

2

Rehearse against the room

Deliver your opening out loud against a coach playing this panel, and see where it lands and where it slides past.

3

Walk in ready

The two or three delivery adjustments that fit this jury, on one screen. Debrief after while it is fresh.

Everything in Pro

The full toolkit for high-stakes opening statements.

Strategize your approach

Build a plan for any conversation using your Given Circumstances, before you walk in.

Choreograph your delivery

Map your stance, gesture, and focus so your body supports your words instead of fighting them.

Capture and hold attention

Make the promise that earns attention, then keep renewing it so people stay with you.

Decode what is working

See the patterns in how you communicate, so you can name what to amplify and what to soften.

An engaged, captivating body

Turn nervous energy into presence: stance, gesture, and orientation that project confidence.

A read that learns you

Every conversation sharpens your living read, so the coaching fits you better each week.

The Method

Not "be confident." Something you can do.

The Entend Method is a real, physical language for holding a room: breath, stance, gesture, focus, and voice, built over 30 years of field work and taught in university courses. The coach speaks it fluently, and it coaches you in your situations, not from a script.

FAQ

Your questions answered.

Is this about the content of my opening or the delivery?

The delivery. You own the case and the story. Entend rehearses how you deliver it, fitted to how this particular jury takes things in.

Do I need to have done voir dire in the app first?

It helps, because the read carries over. But you can start from a quick read of the jury you have and rehearse against that.

Can I use it for closing and key witnesses too?

Yes. Opening, closing, and pivotal witness moments are all delivery situations you can rehearse against your read of the panel.

How much time does it take?

A focused session takes about five minutes. Run one before the moment and you walk in ready.

What happens in my first session?

Two minutes of honest questions builds your read, the picture of how you actually communicate. Then the coach works your real situation with you, in the Entend Method, fitted to you.

What does Entend give me feedback on?

Your message, your structure, your presence, and how you respond under pressure, grounded in a 30-year communication methodology. It reads how you communicate. It never judges who you are.
