Is this ethical to use during jury selection?
Entend records your own courtroom observations of communication behavior. It does no juror research, touches no social media, and never contacts anyone. There is no scraping and no surveillance: just your eyes, your notes, and a 30-year method for reading how people take in information. Does it score jurors by race, age, or background?
Never. Demographic and protected-trait scoring is exactly what Entend was built to replace. Reads are built only from observed communication behavior: focus, posture, pacing, word choice, the questions they ask back. Nothing else enters the read.
Does it predict verdicts?
No, and it never will. That is a design boundary, not a missing feature. Entend reads how the room communicates and shows you how to deliver to it. What the jury decides is theirs.
Courtrooms have no signal. Does capture still work?
